Processing and handling

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Processing covers the time we need to prepare, pack and hand your order to the carrier, and can take a little longer during busy periods.

After processing, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost and tracking

Shipping is free on every order. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order is delayed

If we learn that your order cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will email you with a revised date and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is carried out by the carrier; risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
